"Traveling with a handicap person, our room was a little too far away from the casino area, thankfully we were able to rent a scooter to make things a little easier. Room nice and clean housekeeping was wonderful."

"The hotel is going to change owner and will be remodeled soon, however it is still in a good shape. Entertainment options (especially bands at bars) were better than in neighboring hotels."

Scratched furniture, the tv remote was not functioning well, the tissue box was left almost empty and all of the liquids like soap and shampoo were not filled that first day. All in all it’s not worth the cheap room stay. Worth paying a bit more ..."

"Located close to Universal Studios, but had to drop off handicapped guest at hotel since I had to drive awhile for parking, but no charge with room key. The line to check in was long and no way to do it online. The front desk brought extra towels to room."

"The heated year round rooftop outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing! The location is amazing! I love the renovated rooms! The pool area needs some repair though.
