Property was extremely clean. Staff was amazing especially Lidia (Xhale Club), Angel ( Spoon Buffet) and David ( Strip Restaurant). Only downside was they ran out of chicken and my spouse an I don’t eat beef or pork. But before the end of our stay all was well. Will definitely return

Hotel staff was amazing and the property it self was extremely well maintained, convenient and surpassed our expectations. The things that need improvement include the following: (1) The quality of the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. The best restaurants were the Asian, Italian and steakhouse. The food in the main cafeteria and Mexican restaurant was subpar and lacked flavour. (2) Secondly, the internet connection can be a bit spotty and even from your room it isn’t strong enough for you to work remotely. (3) Lastly, the price of certain goods in the gift shop were ridiculous. For example the price of Neosporin was $40 USD, which is insane. Other than that I definitely recommend Breathless Rivera Cancun and I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our time at this resort, however we found the swim out room a waste of money. It really depends where you get located in the resort. Our room was in the shade and the pool is cold. We did not use it and no one else on our side used theirs. The only ones being used were the beach front ones. Staff were great and friendly. Food was really good in some restaurants and service was good in most. The beach is eroding, so if you are looking for a resort with a great beach, I wouldn’t recommend this one. As I said in the beginning we enjoyed our holiday but won’t be going back to this hotel.

Everything good except that we reserved the outside pool room and it was useless. COLD WATER at all time. Nobody could use it. The rest. Was perfect

Try to charge $ for extra wine bottle which we don't order and even they don't have a ticket for it! Did a hold on card to check with staff and never hear apologize for this situation! Also try to order brekfast night before fly and free " 24 hours " service dont answer phone call ( tablet was not charged to do it ) We recived recommendation from family members for this hotel but because of front desk and room seevice we was dissapointed... The rest of the stay was great...

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Breathless. It was a lot of fun and we met lots of great people. Download the app to discover the daily events and activities. The food at Spoon buffet was delicious—there were plenty of options at breakfast and lunch. The food at Spumante and Coquette were quite good too. Angel was an amazing server. He was so friendly, polite, and attentive. All the staff worked so hard to ensure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. They played better music at the Xcelerate pool. My only issue with this resort is there aren’t enough lounge chairs for all the guests, it takes a while to get seated at any one of their restaurants (wait time is usually around 45-60 minutes at around 7-8pm), and the beach is not nice (the area is part of a lagoon so we knew it wouldn’t be that great; obviously it’s not their fault, but just don’t have high expectations).

Staff were amazing. They were all very friendly and attentive. Only con is how loud the music at the pools was and the repetitive playlist. Was hard to have a conversation because the music is so loud.
