Unable to log in and unsafe
Hotel was not fit for purpose. Unable to check in, reception desk shut at 9pm and we arrived later as travelling from Disney to a ferry in dieppe. The electronic check in would not work and the duty call number / device was not being answered. Too many unsavoury characters outside including a partially dressed man climbing out the window. Our party was two women and a young child and felt the location and other guests were unsafe. We had no choice but to book another hotel at a significant cost.

Even though it was only 23.20 there was no reception open or number to call. The automated check in screen was experiencing technical failure so we couldn't get in or check in. We returned the next day and were told a refund would be routine. We have contacted Expedia many times for over 2 months: we have not received a refund or an engaged response. I've never had such a chaotic experience of a major company. Avoid the hotel. Avoid Expedia.

Below par. Adequate stop off point (just!).
Not my favourite hotel experience, but it worked as a stopover. Lots of parking and a friendly host were the pluses. It was quiet and I slept well. The room was basic and the carpet was stained and could have been hoovered again. No towel unless you pay for one. Shower was fine. There weren't quite enough toilets for everyone at peak times and they weren't the nicest. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the building and room. Breakfast was simple and just about adequate, though was smooth and easy. Thirty years ago I'd have stayed without blinking, but the hotel world has moved on and I'm not as tolerant as I was back then. Okay, but with quite a few reservations.

Isolated and run-down hotel
This hotel is rather turn down, even by F1 standards. The manager was helpful and friendly, but the room, with just a washbasin and toilets and showers down the corridor, was very basic. Frighteningly, electric wal sockets in the corridor were hanging off the wall with cabling exposed. Compared with other hotels and restaurants at Val de Reuil, this was in an isolated position and difficult to get to. To be fair, for 38 Euros a night, 5 star standards weren’t expected, but the hotel is in serious need of renovation.

The F1 does what it says on the tin.basic clean rooms .somewhere to lay your head whilst in transit. Shared facilities and no towels or toiletries supplied. But for the price and location it is more than acceptable

You get what you pay for... Or do you? I’ve stayed in a lot of F1 Hotels, and know to expect very basic, often (these days, now the F1 brand is being left to age) long past due date accommodation. But this specific F1 location Is the pits. The bathrooms were filthy, the radiator was hanging off the wall in our room, and the staff surly. I’ll still use F1 Hotels, but never this one again

27 quid for the night... you get what you pay for Good points... clean.... cheap... convenient Bad points.. shared toilet... no towels... bit cramped. More like a hostel really but fit for purpose. I had a problem with payment, the staff tried to help but didn't really know what they were doing and the language barrier didn't help

J'arrive vers 22h impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel car on ne m'a pas envoyé le code de réservation.( Enfin si mais le lendemain de la réservation)J'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois , personnes ne m'a répondu. Deja j'arrive, il n'y a personne a l'accueil. J'ai dû appeler le centre d'appel F1 pour me donner accès à ma chambre et encore le conseil que la conseillère m'a donné c'est d'attendre que quelqu'un arrive.. comment vous dire qu'il etait 20h, qu'il fesait nuit.. finalement je lui dit quoi faire c'est a dire de rechercher mon nom pour avoir mon numéro de réservation. Je fais le checkin individuel. J'obtiens mon code et me dirige dans la chambre... pas de toilettes, ni de salle de bain. Nous étions trois jeunes femmes pour un trio que nous avions réservé pour ce changer car nous avions un mariage. Vers 21h un homme frappe a notre porte et nous demande de faire moins de bruit puis commence à poser des questions bizarre du genre vous êtes combien dans la chambre, que des femmes ? Vous sortez ? Vous êtes un couple avec enfant etc.. il dit être le gérant.... plus jamais.. à fuire. Autant vous dire que nous n'avons pas passé la nuit là bas. Pffffff
