This beautiful 250 m² stone-built villa in a peaceful setting, very bright with its large rounded windows, is located just a few minutes from the Provencal village of Le Plan-de-la-tour and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Villa layout :
First floor: a staircase leads to a mezzanine overlooking the living/dining room. The bedrooms are on either side of the mezzanine.
Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers and two separate toilets, one bedroom with 4 single beds, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a nursery room (changing table and wooden crib).
Ground floor:
A separate bedroom with shower room and toilet, outside access via the terrace.
A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace at dining level.
A large living room with fireplace for lounging in front of the TV, separate from the dining area.
A large breakfast room with a small sitting area.
In summer, this house invites you to enjoy grilling on its 300m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue and furniture for lunch and dinner. The dining area is sheltered by an arbour.
Enjoy the magnificent, secure swimming pool with deckchairs. (Completely secured by a low stone wall and closed by a small gate).
New for 2023: superb, fully-equipped outdoor summer kitchen opening onto the garden and terrace.
It's the perfect place, with plenty of space, for a peaceful vacation with family or friends in a setting where life is good.

In the village, you'll find two mini-markets, an excellent butcher, two artisan bakers and confectioners, a pharmacy, typical bistros and gourmet restaurants, a florist, a newsagent, a greengrocer selling fruit and vegetables from local producers every morning, a post office, a tobacconist, a hairdresser, 2 wineries and a chemist. Weekly market on Thursday mornings with local produce, night markets on Fridays during the summer. You'll find everything you need in a village that has retained its authentic charm!
Just 10 minutes away, you'll reach Sainte Maxime, on the seafront, where there's plenty to do: water sports, hiking along the coastal paths, a gaming casino, shops and restaurants, an open-air theater with shows, dance evenings and activities for children throughout the summer season.
