Do not stay at this hotel. If you drive a car, the parking is nearly €40 per day and you even do not have a place to park your car at the front of hotel temporary when you arrive. I missed my breakfast time. They did not refund me. Not a good experience.

Perfect hotel

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Grandior Hotel in Prague over the Christmas holiday and had a mostly pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the hotel’s convenient location. The tram station is right next to the hotel, making transportation very easy. Additionally, the city center is within walking distance, about 10–15 minutes depending on your destination, which is a great perk for exploring Prague on foot. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized, and we appreciated the variety of breakfast options available. It was a nice start to our mornings. However, there were some aspects that fell short of expectations. The beds were a major disappointment. We were given two single beds, which were small and uncomfortable. For a short stay, this might be manageable, but for a two-week visit, it was far from ideal. Having stayed in hotels that provide queen beds with comfortable mattresses, I really felt the difference and struggled to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was the cancellation process. I needed to leave a day earlier and requested the cancellation of the last night a week in advance. Despite notifying the hotel, I later received a call from the front desk saying I had to make the cancellation through Expedia, which was quite strange. When I logged into my Expedia account, I found I couldn’t make any changes because I was already checked in. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. It’s baffling that the hotel relies on a third party for changes.

This was not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but not the best either. This is a solidly good hotel. We had a budget to work within and this helped. The beds are hard and the shower is functional. The breakfast is quite generous and there is a bar in the lobby. To walk from there to the main square takes 12ish min which we appreciated so we forced ourselves to see more of the city. This is a good, clean and perfectly acceptable hotel for a mildly conscious budget traveler.
