"Das Personal ist super auf Zack, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wo ich in anderen Ländern nur mit ordentlich Trinkgeld und wenn überhaupt so etwas wie Service bekommen habe. Shuttle Service zu mehreren Locations funktionierte super. Der kleine Supermarkt im EG hat 24/7 geöffnet und man findet das Nötigste, und das für hoteluntypisch kleines Geld. Erst war ich von Buffet mit Ala Card Frühstuck nicht sonderlich begeistert, aber dadurch gab es kein endloses Schlangestehen für Omelett und ähnliches. Auch hat die Küche auf Zurufe kleinere Wünsche erfüllt. Auch wenn Frühstück offiziell nur bis 10:30 gab, wurde selbst um 11:00 noch aufgefüllt und nicht einem der Teller unter der Nase weggezogen. Liegen wurden nach 30min konsequent die Handtücher abgeräumt um Reservierungen entgegen zu wirken. Zimmer waren relativ klein, aber modern und sauber. Tipp: nehmt Uber anstatt Taxis, Taxis sind wie türkischer Basar. Besonderer Dank geht an Gerald."
