The hotel was modern and clean. Given the area that the hotel is located in it is reasonably priced compared to other hotels who charge a premium for the location. Staff were excellent too, the only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Options were limited and the bread/pastries were stale or hard. It would score higher if they improved the breakfast.

A great place to stay
Everything was fantastic from a free upgrade at check in to a very easy check out. All staff were fantastic and the room was very spacious with the most comfy bed. Great views and a balcony to enjoy it on. Location was handy to everywhere with the marina a 5 minute walk, same with shopping centre. 24 hour supermarket next door. James jars also did a fantastic breakfast on site.

Good stay
Overall it was a good hotel, very handy for metro and tram services. Supermarket right next door also. If you go half board the menu is the same lunch and dinner, would prefer a buffet for those like the breakfasts, they are really good. Menu a bit monotonous.

Staff were excellent, my wife left her phone in the room when we checked out, noticed when we passed through immigration. Hotel then arranged for a driver to deliver the phone to the Airport, couldn’t thank them enough.

We stayed only one night, but it was amazing. My husband informed the man at the front desk that we were celebrating my birthday, not only did we receive a free room upgrade, but we came back from dinner, and there were balloons, rose pedals and a happy birthday card waiting for me. I really appreciate the extra care and effort that he showed to us. If we are ever back in Dubai, we will come back!
