The room was large, the bed was excellent and so was the wifi. It felt safe and relatively quiet. The room had no storage options however (no drawers and precious little shelving). I resented the resort fee which should be charged only by resorts. Breakfast was average at best by Canadian standards. But the main requirements of the hotel were met.

Front desk check in was terrible. Billing summary after booking showed I paid the resort fee and then I had to pay it again. My friends and I booked together and one of us got booked in the main hotel while the other got booked in the sister hotel. Elevators are very slow common areas very dirty. First continental breakfast I have ever been to where they limit your food. Overall bad experience will never book again.

A lot cleaner than we thought it was going to be. There’s alot of construction on places around the hotel but that’s not their fault. The staff was amazing always offering something helping with questions and suggestions. Did not expect a breakfast that nice either. Definitely money savings not having to go out every day. I just had ankle surgery 10 weeks ago and the property was walkable to everything. My only complaint was the slow elevator so I took the stairs. This is my 4th trip to Miami and most likely any future trips to the MIA I will be staying here!

front desk gentleman was very polite and informative, good location with free towels for beach and water daily breakfast not so great,not much variety, whilst waiting for my breakfast i caught a member of staff vapping out the back over the bagels whilst the other staff was preparing the toast really disappointed in seeing that which was the only thing that let this stay down. looked after our luggage before and after check in and was effortless
