The day after we arrived there was no hot water. This was on Christmas Eve. NO one responded same day. A PM came out the next day to "assist", but we had already taken the door off a locked closet to find the pilot light was not lit as we couldn't wait for hot water (it was also cold in the high 30's at night). We had some children that couldn't bath and we couldn't sanitize bottles. The heat was restricted and we couldn't change the temperature upstairs and it was cold at night. There were no spare blankets. There was limited towels and this was a problem because the washing machine wouldn't complete a full cycle. We would have to restart it and hit spin and drain each time. The dryer took over 2 hours to dry a small load. One of the sinks was clogged in the bathroom and no one came to fix it during our 1 week stay. The kitchen was missing standard and simple items like scissors, baking sheets, a coffee pot. The only thing the company responded to was the leaking kitchen faucet. We asked for a refund of some sorts and NEVER got anything. They offered to remove the pool heat cost from our bill as the pool never heated (we understood as it was unseasonable cold; they should've credited for that).... if you are going to consider staying here.... Make sure you one read this review and ask that all of these items are in working order or that these items have been added, cleaned, cleared or improved before you bring a family of 12. The house has a ton of potential. It is a great size, layout, and great location. It is just too bad, that the company didn't DO more to help us out. We hope this review helps them realize that they should've responded to us with a credit for our stay, but instead I am writing this review to avoid anyone's future stay to be uncomfortable.
