Everyone at the property went out of their way to help us. Mark who met us when we arrived was wonderful. Jacob helped us get dinner reservations. All the bartenders and wait staff were exceptional. The property was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are phenomenal and from the moment you step into the hotel, you know this place is special. The location is far enough away from the central part of Bath but close enough (10-15 min walk) to see the Roman Baths, the Abbey, Pultney bridge etc. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner (room service) was excellent as well. We did take advantage of their pool and spa, although small, it was sufficient for our needs, noting residents who live at the adjoining homes also use the facilities. In all, great stay and we will definitely be staying again on our next visit.
