Disappointed that no VAT receipt issues

Obtaining a VAT receipt is essential for claiming expenses, but I was refused one. This now creates a problem when I submit my expenses claim. This hasn’t happened before, and would discourage me booking this hotel again.

Great location

Great location for world resort arena- 10 minute walk. Also railway station accessible by foot too. Room was spacious and clean (bathroom looked new) Bat area was good. Breakfasts were very good plus could recommend Burgundy Restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff

Ideal location to Resorts World, NEC and airport. However, it’s dated and tired and desperately needs an upgrade. The spa is similarly poor, the pool is cold and the whole thing needs sorting. Didn’t try the food but looked decent.

Good hotel, decor feels a little dated, also bit of a maze and poor signage from rooms to reception, i kept getting lost going from room to reception. But pool was.goid, parking great, bar and restaurant very nice, so overall liked the hotel and would definitely stay again

Ok, needs work on the tired rooms

Overall ok hotel, good parking with electric charge points. But the room was tired and in a poor state of repair. The bathroom didn't even have a latch or lock on it, so you could only push it too and would just open back up, not great for those wanting any privacy!
