"Ausserordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, viele zusätzlich vor Ort buchbare Leistungen wie z.B. Zimmerservice (Snacks und mehr, Getränke), Massagen deren Angebot ich durch Zufall (diskreter kleiner Aufsteller auf dem Frühstückstisch zum Abscannen oder im Flur) entdeckt habe. Suiten haben angenehme Größe mit Minibar, Küchenelementen und auch sonst guter Ausstattung (auch Safe, Föhn), wie häufig in Italien etwas hellhörig. Top Matratze (recht hart). Hotel liegt ein gutes Stück weg vom Zentrum (mit Strassenbahn bzw. S-Bahn in der Nähe). Insgesamt ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen."
