Poor view of construction.
I booked the hotel specifically because I wanted a room with view. I requested a room with a good view and got a reply to my email that this has been put in as a note. I was not late for check in, but I got a room with construction view. I asked couple times for change of room which they said they had no availability. The swimming pool also has no city view and it was under construction. Toilet seat was stained, generally sticky door knobs, tables and phones. The rooms are not clean. Breakfast was bland. I did not enjoy my stay.

Excellent hotel! This Hilton is near the airport, very close to the Dubai Mall and other downtown attractions. The facilities are awesome, you have 4 different options for dining, there is access to a club and lounge, the lobby has a wide space for seating, outdoor pool amenities are very nice, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The only negative I can find is the speed/strength of the wifi.

Not solving problems
I will start from the easy part. The hotel is very good, excellent service. In the shower head at least half of the nozzels were plugged. Now to the case that caused me to rate only 3 stars. I chosed this specific hotel as it was published that they have a kosher breakfast buffet and I travelled with a kid that must eat kosher. I was fully aware that I will have to add money for this at the property, even that I included a continental breakfast. My first communication to the hotel regarding kosher meal was at September 23, when I booked the stay for February 24. No respond recieved. During the week before the stay, I wrote to the hotel again about kosher meal and for early check in. They answered after some time that they dont serve anymore kosher breakfast buffet and ignored my question regarding early check in. I wrote again to the hottel that I am already disappointed but they never read it. As the new information about missing kosher breakfast beuffet came 2 days before the trip, I couldn't cancel the booking or the breakfast. At the hotel I tried to solve it explaining that the kid cannot use the breakfast so at least will give us credit to order from room service which does have kosher menu, but the hotel refuses do so explaining it is a package from expedia and he cannot change it. I chat with the service of hotels.com and they just answered that I didn't canceled on time and I have no evidence that kosher meal was an option. Felt like no one really tried to solve it.

Everything was amazing with this property. From check in to food to our wonderful view of dubai from our room, 5 star ratings all around. The staff were wonderful and the continental breakfast every morning was delicious. So many options to choose from and a special shoutout to manjoor who helped us every morning during breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

my stay was amazing we enjoyed the Burj khalifa fireworks from our rooms since we were avoiding to be stuck in traffic and we had the bottomless dinner close to our hotel which was spectacular made eat oysters for the first time they were splendid.. I jus did not like how we would for our ice bucket for 2 hours and just a mixer
