The palace downtown … Amazing ….😻
This place is amazing. The view is incredible . The breakfast baffle is spectacular. The pool and cabanas were totally enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite for being an hotels.com member. I only regret not staying longer….

Beautiful hotel and only negative was lack of soundproofing, was able to hear people downstairs and early morning wake up call from birds.

Hotel is in a good location in the downtown area. It's close to the Dubai Mall and all the restaurants but still remains quiet. Staff are excellent in all areas. Very helpful and attentive, can't do enough for you. Good choice of breakfast and restaurants are good. If you eat in Thiptara you're overlooking the fountain and Burj Khalifa. Lovely stay, would definitely come back

The Palace Downtown in Dubai offers an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming team made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast staff, in particular, stood out for their attentiveness and genuine care, ensuring every morning started off perfectly. While we encountered an issue with the quality of our room, we truly appreciated management’s effort to address our concerns, even though it came a bit late. However, the professionalism of the staff far exceeded our expectations. Their dedication and service easily outshined any minor inconveniences related to the room or view, making our stay truly remarkable. The staff’s impeccable service was the highlight of our visit and will be the lasting memory of our time at The Palace Downtown.
