"Das Hotel besticht durch eine hervorragende Lage – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders die spektakuläre Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf die berühmte Brücke und das Opernhaus von Sydney war ein echtes Highlight. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte, und das WLAN war schnell und zuverlässig. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Zimmerreinigung, die nicht täglich stattfindet, was bei den Preisen wünschenswert wäre. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas moderner sein, und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und konnte nicht von mir abgestellt werden. Zum Glück hat die Haustechnik das Gerät dann komplett ausgeschaltet. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit viel Potenzial."

"Friendly and polite staff ... but unfortunately they have not managed to fix the issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that would not be turned off. They told me that the issue is that it is centrally managed and cannot be individually regulated by each room so they eventually turned it off for a couple of hours. Only for it to come back full freezing blast during the very night so it got us both with heavy headache until we eventually got up in the morning due to the extreme cold blow."
