Everything fine other than no one to help check in or ask questions to, you should atleast have 1 person meeting, greeting, aiding, helping us check in and directing us to rooms, felt abit like a Travelodge etc. first impressions put a sour taste for the rest of the stay.

Decent modern hotel with welcome air conditioning. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was good. The facilities were excellent with a well stocked bar and gym. The room was a little overpriced and breakfast wasn’t included.

I booked 3 double rooms for a work event, the rooms were just right, very comfy bed, well presented room, lovely location being only 0.3miles from Farnborough airport. The check in attendant was very helpfully and deserves to be praised. I will use this hotel again!
