The staff members at this property were very friendly. Check in was seamless and quick despite having a line of people waiting. We received the VIP Gold perks as listed - which is something other hotels seem to struggle with at times. The property itself is large with several different buildings - so it can be tricky to have drive share services pick you up and drop you off at the best location. We used an alternative site that was closest to our building.

Loved the pool options, the activities with Casey, the bar and breakfast staff coffee maker in room was complicated and loud and made it impossible to make a cup of tea that didn't taste like coffee. Also morning tea water was not hot enough most days. Overall, fantastic!!

The property was lovely, beautiful beach area, great food, good service. The location is great, away from the craziness of the bars of Duval St. on the north end of the island, but a quick walk to go enjoy that nightlife. I was disappointed with the cleaning staff, it appeared that a trash bag ripped and spilled on one of the stairways (outside stairs) and there was trash, used sunblock containers, and dirty q-tips (someone had a serious wax issue) and nut shells. This happens occasionally, but the trash remained on the stairs for like 2 days. I reported it at the reception desk, but it was not dealt with for another day. It was still on the stairs when I checked out. I reported it again. They comped me some goodies. It wasn’t a big deal, but the trash and lack of cleaning it reflected poorly on the property. Room was great. Pools were amazing. Weather was better. Location was paradise. Service at bars and restaurants was tremendous.

Greeted well but we are unloading luggage, staff member helps carry them up to looby, takes a tip and then we find out that we have to carry them back down the steps to get to our rooms. Patio door couldn't get open, remote for the tv did not work well, bathroom lighting was good if you like a poorly lit bathroom.

The A/C was good! Rooms were clean! TV channel’s were limited. Staff was excellent! Food was okay! The beach is nice, but the water’s not as clear as it is on the gulf side of the island.
