I’m not the kind of person who complains but after staying in room 217 for 3 nights I feel more tired than when I got there.
Water pipes and the lift engine constantly going at every hour of the night keeping waking me up you should make people aware when they use that room
Terrible experience. The room was tiny, not as shown in pictures. There was no window and no space to even walk properly. Loud noise due to lift and couldn’t sleep properly at all. Bad experience. Only good thing was the location being in city centre.
Really handy for the city centre, Albert Dock, Liverpool One and all travel hubs. Good value, very clean and the staff could not have been more friendly - nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely stay here again
The past 2 times I have stayed here the people who clean the rooms knock on the doors hours before checkout
I complained last time and was offered a late checkout on my next stay but again they started knocking on the doors at 10am even though my checkout wasn’t until 1pm
Then a woman knocked again at 12 and walked in the room when I was in the shower
Also don’t get a room on the first floor they have a waste disposal which gets blocked and the noise from it will keep you up all night
I’m still waiting for the manager to complete my complaint
Gordon was polite and helpful. The room was right and more than what I was expecting. I usually book easy hotel Everytime I stay in Liverpool. Location is convenient to everything I need . The price and the quality of the rooms are much appreciated.
as expected room was small and basic. very cheap to stay.
it was very clean, good ventilation (you can adjust the room temp, no windows can be open), comfy bed.
theres no table/chair but can use window ledge to put things on.
theres no kettle but can ask reception for hot water.
the only downside is, the noise of neighbours flushing toilet, having shower etc (just the sound of water)

I never write reviews but this hotel is terrible. I understand you get what you pay for but this just was not it. First snag was having fee charged for an early check in which is anytime before 3pm- that was not advertised until I enquired. Had to be moved to another room because of the stench of sewage in the first room.
Second room had hairs in the bed so I slept fully clothed. Thermostat did not work either so room was stuck in ‘cool’ setting. Staff did thier best when actually present at the desk.
