Location is convenient for heathrow airport - across from Hatton Cross underground. Spa facilities were great. Shower pressure we average Bed was comfortable Towels are small - too small Room you can hear the aircraft flying over For a new hotel there are many parts of the room which had been over looked with regards to the finishings although wouldn’t have changed my experience Restaurant food was average Once again the spa facilities I would stay at this hotel again for prior to a Heathrow morning flight.

Very uncomfortable stay! Booked a double however got a twin attached into a double with a zipped bedding which kept digging into our backs!! Yes, very painful. Complained but nothing was done unfortunately. Also, asked for 2 plates and cutlery which they were happy to provide but with a charge of £5 for just bringing it up from ground floor to 5th floor which would’ve taken them just a minute! Wouldn’t be staying there again sadly as it’s a nice looking hotel.

The hotel is perfect for one short stay next to the airport which is across the streer. The service is not so good, TV and Phone weren’t working, no drinking water in the room. Breakfast is supposed to start at 5.30, when I arrived they weren’t ready so I had to leave for the Airport without coffee or breakfast.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr attraktiv, es ist ein Industriegebiet. Das Hotel ist neu, im Keller wird noch gebaut. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist modern und schön. Die Benutzung des in einer Schublade angeschlossenen Haartrockners ist etwas umständlich. Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht, es war vor allem sehr staubig. Das Personal war größtenteils aus Osteuropa, kaum jemand konnte englisch sprechen. Einmal fanden wir unser Zimmer unverschlossen vor, als wir von einer Tagestour zurückkamen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war dürftig in der Auswahl und der Qualität.

Kotisivuilla oli kuvat kuntosalista ja uima-altaasta.Paikan päällä selvisi ettei niitä olekaan,henkilökunta aanoi että ovat "under construction".Harmitti erittäin paljon koska uima-allas oli toinen kriteereistäni kun hotellia etsin(se eka oli ilmastointi).
