Nice place to stay before an early flight. It’s very convenient to Terminal 4, but know you can’t take the free transportation to other terminals before 530a - that’s when the airport shuttle and Underground start operating. Before that, you’ll have to pay for the Hoppa Shuttle. The Express Cafe has good options for food.

Loved this hotel!
Lovely experience here. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Convenient location near Heathrow. Sky ride connects it to Terminal 4. (Transfers between terminals are free on the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line.) if you arrive too early for check-in or need to wait on a bus, the large, comfortable reception area makes the wait more pleasant. Desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. We ate a small meal in the evening in the attached restaurant. It was good and not too expensive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location near the terminal is very convenient and the hotel rooms are good but a little cramped. There was an odour in the room and hallway. The air freshener in the room masked it initially but that wore off.

Check in wasn’t great. I had my reservations here for a very long time. I had to wait 1:30 for the room that said it would be ready at 2 pm. It wasn’t. That was very upsetting. Friends of mine that had made their reservations a week before their stay got right into their room. Not me.
