The hotel room had a strong, damp smell when walking into the room, which stayed during the duration of my stay. The room was freezing at night, even though the heating on the Air Con was at the highest level. The cleaner also left a long hair in the basin, which wasn't nice, and the toilet roll holder was hanging off. All in all pretty disappointing given the reputation of this hotel

Wonderful building, although decor starting to show its age in places. Fabulous views from the Cloud 23 cocktail bar. Ground floor Podium bar adjacent to the entrance atrium cold and uninviting. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very nicely done up and a great central location, all staff were lovely. The only downside was not being able to go into the hotel bar despite staying at the venue as its bookings only - had we been made aware at the point of booking the room or even at check in we would’ve been able to make a reservation and go as it was one of the deciding factors for us booking this hotel

Lovely location and perfect stay for some work awards. Unfortunately had a bad experience with the room where the drain wasn't working and despite asking for maintenance 4 times, it still didn't get fixed. Hotel was fully booked so couldn't swap so was a little inconvenient as couldn't shower.
