Beginning to love this brand. Clean, simple, functional and at very good prices. Good comfortable bed, nice shower...that's all that is needed.

I've stayed at a couple of Motel One's. This one was convenient for the AO arena as it was so close, that's where the positives end however. Check in was slow and manic, the room was functional but really small. The space between the edge of one side of the bed and wall was neat ( you had to move in sideways and I'm not a big guy). The noise outside however is what really made our decision to not return. We were rudly awoken at 6am by the recycling collection and then a rubbish collection, it was like a builders yard and there's no way anyone that's breathing would sleep through it.

Not bad for one night.
The bed was comfy. This is a place for a one night stay. There’s nowhere to put clothes away. Having to haul a large suitcase onto the bed every time you want something is annoying. The hand soap and bath gel dispensers were both broken. There’s no shelf in the shower to put your own products. There’s no night light in the bathroom. The sink doesn’t have a plug. The air conditioning wasn’t working, but we complained and it seemed a bit better the second night. There’s no phone in the room to call the front desk.

Terrible!!! No housekeeping, key didn’t activate lights and air conditioner, bed was small and hard, ceiling was sloped to the point that you couldn’t stand from one side of the bed. They charge you for literally everything, store bags after an 18hr flight, to check in 30 minutes early, housekeeping, EVERYTHING! I left 2 days early and went to another hotel and regardless of the money that I lost by leaving early, it was by far the best decision I made on the entire trip.

Overall a good stay. The place was quiet, and had everything I needed except a mini fridge. Fairly comfortable and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was having house keeping in my face at 10:50AM when checkout was before 12:00PM.

It was an ok hotel, in the right place. Once we got the correct rooms we had booked it was ok, very small rooms at a high price. I will look at other hotels next time I’m in Manchester.

A short walk to the train station plus there was a free shuttle by bus which dropped off a short distance to the motel. We never used the bar but looked like a great area to have a drink. We found a sock behind the TV so wondered how housekeeping missed it. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. It was supposedly a Superior room not sure I would call it that.

30 people trying to check in at 3pm😢 was not great, the room was clean but snug, bathroom was clean n towels where nice, absolutely HATED the cardboard cups for the tea and coffee,it’s just yuk, a proper cup please!!!, but great location
