the bathroom had unsafe broken tiles. Shower was poor. Breakfast was Poor - Cooked Breakfast - bacon was cold and very tuff to eat, No chef to cook eggs to order. My food and drinks were cleared off my table before I was finised whilst I was getting a drink !

nice central location was perfect for our reason for being in this city. nothing really put me off, if you wanted to be picky maybe the lifts could do with a service as one of the doors was twitchy?

Room wasn’t ready until 4.15 did give complimentary drinks but didn’t inform cocktails weren’t included. Room was nice although twin beds very close to one another, could do with at least a side table. The room above us was playing loud music and sounded like a party going on, did ring reception twice and it did stop eventually, offered a discount on check out but not sure if I have received as they said it was going through booking agent.
