First time staying- definitely will be my last. Upon arriving no bellmen to help. Well they were physically there but no one was actually reforming their job duties. Nobody offered to help only watched and stared. I asked for help he came over and tossed my bags on a luggage cart and walked awau leaving them unattended in the lobby. Im watching as im trying to check in. Made a reservation only to be told they dont have any rooms available. So i wasted well over an hour of my time waiting for front desk employees to stumble around aimlessly as they attempted to locate a room for me. Ive never seen such poor customer service. They were miserable and clueless. Not sure if they forgot they were on the clock or if they just simply didnt care. Regardless its unacceptable. Finally got keys. Drug my luggage upstairs since the bellmen were as useless as the front desk staff. I get to my room and was disgusted even more. The bed is a complete joke. Nothing but raggedy thin sheets and pillows that looked likr they served in every war. The ac was so loud, the toilet barely flushed. Had to flush it 4x for it to somewhat work. The shower was shiftier than a 3 dollar bill. Water pressure was terrible and no hot water. I tried to call the front desk numerous times. No answer. Tried speaking to them this morning but whoever was working simply didnt care to be bothered with guests issues during their stay. The pool area is nothing special. Property and entire staff= PITIFUL!

The property was dirty. We had to be moved from our room after we were moved. They didn’t actually come in and clean the room housekeeping never came. We had to call multiple times.

Mondrian will always have a special place in my heart for nostalgic reason but it def has gone down in its care. I’ll spare details but the best thing they have is the beautiful bay view and the pool. They do a good job of upkeeping that . The balconies themselves need a thorough cleaning, when you have such a beautiful view the balcony windows and bannisters should be spotless to add to that experience . I could get over the room itself which are huge but, lights didn’t work through out, carpet was dingy, bathroom it just needs a whole super cleaning and updating I love this place and just want it to return to its glory. Major major major shout out to the pool staff and staff in general ! Yall are wonderful ! Especially pool waitress Ashley!!!

I stayed at the pet house for two nights unfortunately it was not a nice satisfaction. For example they were no blankets or extra towels or pillows. There was only one shower when I requested a bathtub and also there were no charger ports in order to charge my phone room service was delivered in a brown paper bag without utensils or condiments and I was overcharged For my small appointment and was treated unfair as I was the guest paying, and I felt very unwelcome I would never stay there again.

Not the best experience

The lobby and pool area are amazing but the rooms were dirty and very out of date. It looked like they barely cleaned the room before we checked in. The best part of the trip was Charlie downstairs who helps with booking things to do. She was amazing! And the view from the pool was hard to beat. Some of the other staff was a little rude and we had quite a few noise disturbances each night. Overall I would say this hotel is for the views.

They had a wedding going on during my stay that they did not let guest know about. So we were unable to dine in at certain parts of the hotel they were off limit to us without notice. My room was not ready after i arrived 1 hour and a half after check in, I was told to wait. Room was dirty when I was finally given the keys. The phone in the room only worked on speaker phone. The continental breakfast that you pay for is definitely not worth it. I went one day and didn’t return the next 2 days. They only offer you a choice of fruit, parfait, bagel and a pastry and one serving of juice, tea, coffee. You have to choose. Not worth it at all. Staff was not very helpful, well at least the guy that checked me in wasn’t.
