We got the presidential suite or the Master King and it was not presidential. The room is big but we did not like the bathroom. It was a roll in shower that kept getting flooded. The hotel breakfast is good and the overall surroundings are good. Just don’t book the room I did.

Location was very close to Miami international airport as well as FIU university. Made it extremely convenient for us When it came time to move my daughter into her university. Very clean atmosphere. Impeccable staff service. I will be returning.

Good location not far from airport. Pretty good gym setup with necessary basics. Generous room size and setup with all appliances. Room AC works very well (I feel this is important to note in Miami) Bed, bedding and pillows were not very good quality nor comfortable.

Safe was great hotel was clean pool was nice they have bicycle you can use for free I would stay again I would open the pool until 10/11pm tho since it has a bar I would recommend others to stay there I be back

Worst hotel experience ever. Listed as free breakfast. I found today that I was charged each day. Valet service is required to park at property. Valet service damaged my vehicle. It took 4 people to even get them to admit they caused the damage (others stated I must have dropped it off damaged). Will be billing them for damage to vehicle and reporting breakfast charges as fraud. DO NOT STAY HERE.
