Location was amazing and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was run down with no amenities. It did not have a fridge, microwave, tv or bathroom counter and the ice machine was broken on our floor.

Elevator service was the worst. At the date that I was checking out, the elevators were full of people. I Had to wait for 40 minutes. Every elevator were full of people. Later I could not wait no more. I had to carry my travelling cases down 14th floor to checkout.

Horribly dirty everywhere. Per and stains on the bathroom wall. Cracks in the walls in hallway. Both elevators broken so for 2 days had to carry bags (all guests) up and down 16 floors. Everyone complaining and a lady in the lobby stating that she was there a year ago, and it was also awful. The only reason she was staying there is because work was paying for it. Everyone upset it was horrific but all we had before a cruise morning since we got in so late from our flight.

Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom quite small but clean and great view of park and close to everything. The staff are wonderful-I don’t think I every met such a group. From the front desk, security and housekeeping and restaurant all stars. The only negative is they only have 2 elevators so it’s can be frustrating but the staff are always there to help you.

Property needs upgrades. Rooms are small living one feeling cramped. Elevator is small and worn down, it’s always full with people either leaving or coming and could only fit so many at a time you have to wait for quite some time.

The pictures of this hotel are grossly inaccurate. It seems they have renovated a couple rooms and then posted the pictures here. The rooms in the hotel overall were rundown. Headboards were pleather and shredded and flaking, carpet was stained and overall dirty, bathroom is smaller then the ones on a cruiseship and the button on the toilet kept getting stuck. What made that worse was there was a build up of gunk on the button so it woukd get on your hands when you flushed. Our A/C stopped working when we stayed. The staff were great when this happened. They came in, checked and conformed, and then moved us right away. No fuss which was nice.

After a rough start Claudia put us in a different room. I think that the original room we were given had just been renovated but was not finished. Things were missing, and just not up to the minimum standards. How ever the staff did try their best to make things right. Condos to Claudia she is a shining star, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was to our expectations. And it was. This hotel is in a perfect lot for anyone going on a cruise and or returning from a cruise to spend a day or two before flying in or out of Miami. I would definitely give this hotel a second chance but would make sure that I take the time to book a corner room Claudia thank you.

RUN!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The worst experience ever! My first room 617 had no AC so they moved me to 1017 which reeked of cigarettes. They moved me again to room 1517 “the best room in the hotel” which had blood on the bathroom wall, stains on the towels & no tv! Mind you this was all between 10-11pm. At checkout I was given the directors info to talk to him about a refund, well since then they have hung up on me and then not answered my calls or answered any of my emails. I will never stay here again.

Servicio en deskfront excelente, las bebidas de cortesia deberian incluir bebidas no alcohólicas que no se limite a solo jugo de naranja. Las alfombras y zonas del elevador deberian estar un poco más limpias. Buen servicio de traslado al puerto, aunque se pague aparte.

Location was ideal , price was reasonable. However the hotel had bedbugs , we got locked in the bathroom and the shower flew off the wall and shot at my husbands leg. Staff was kind , we were given complimentary drinks at arrival however the bed bugs was a huge killer and couldn’t sleep all night :(

Pros: Location near the port, friendly security and restaurant staff. Cons: Slow elevators, dirty stairwell/common areas, I was traveling alone and the front staff said my room number aloud, the housekeeping staff was speaking loudly in the hallway in the morning waking me up (the walls are very thin). Overall, the location was convenient and close to nearby shops and eateries. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was just an overnight stay before going on a cruise so it was fine for what it was.
