This place was ok at best. Needs upgrades. I stayed here during hurricane Milton. The staff at the desk and the restaurant were awesome. Very patient with the extra traffic. They ran out of most food but kept a smile on there faces

So I stayed at Avanti Palms due to Hurricane Milton (I evacuated). The price was very cheap but the hotel was in terrible condition. Not only was the rooms floor and bathroom dirty (hair and dirt everywhere), there was 0 hot water, the tub felt like it was going to break, the curtain was about 2 feet to short so the floor always got soaked, the TV didn't work, coffee machine didn't work, and they didnt have my room ready until after 5 (check in is at 4). The staff were great but overall, this made my already stressful situation worse. I will not stay here again unless they have a full renovation.

Minimal staff available, dirty room, plugs dont work, pool music plays extremely loud and doesnt stop until 1137pm, paper thin walls and windows and doors, terrible beds, tiny room, no warm water...only boiling or tap temperature. No in between. Everything just looks like it was painted over instead of repaired. You truly get what you pay for here. Outside of the lobby and pool, it feels very third world. Dont book here and get your hopes up. As an evacuee from the hurricane, our standards were low, yet we were very underwhelmed. The counter staff was nice. Thats about it. You get one little circle of soap and one tiny shampoo and one tiny conditioner. Thats it. For 3 days...it was overall a bad experience.

Don’t waste money
Ac was leaking and got our entire floor soaked, they couldn’t change our room because of capacity and the AC was loud when turning on and off. The room is outdated and has rust growing on the doors. It’s terrible.

This hotel is deceiving! We booked this hotel based off the pictures and the accessibility to accommodate a large family. Well when we first arrived, when we looked at the lobby we got a bit excited, game room, lounge area, bar and a Starbucks.. we were given our room keys and to our surprise the resort is segmented into 3 sections. We went to the room assigned and it was filthy, old, the bathroom was cosmetically repaired to give a “cleaner’ look. The shades were dirty and we just felt bamboozled. We went back to the front desk to advise we were not satisfied with our room due to our findings, the front desk clerk tried to rectify and put us in the “towers”. Well these were a tad better but still old, tub was cracked looked like it was painted, the floor was coming up in the bathroom in front of the tub, it was just gross. We called for room service plenty of times no answer. We did not have room maid service, we were told we had to put in 24 hours in advance for that option. There was always just one person at front desk! The line could be long and there was never no urgency to help the customers. Highlights of our stay would be the pool area! The pool area is very nice! The cafe was nice as well, we ordered buffalo wings and quesadillas, flavorful and the service was excellent. I would NEVER stay at this establishment again! Sometimes trying to save a few dollars isn’t worth it!

The lobby is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and attentive. However, the rooms in the “tower” are EXTREMELY outdated annd dirty and the swimming pool was dirty.

We what for a mini vacation this hotel is not like it was 3 years ago. The room looks clean but you can see that they don’t just a broom there was a toenail on the side of the door and it stay there for the 3 night the house keeper never came to clean or to make the beds. Or do the beds. They never gave ur clean Towels we had to go and for them. So we just buy them. My husband and me was talking on the pool area on a table. And one of the stuff Through us out very rudely. The only thing was that you have All the shops all the restaurants and you’re close to the same parts other than that will never going again and they ask you for a $50 deposit

Our stay was good, extremely nice and welcoming staff, bed was super comfortable, the hotel has a really nice pool area and lobby! However, when we went to take a shower there was hair in the bathroom, and we used that bathroom just once so the hair was not ours…pretty disappointing since it’s a really great hotel. The room was really clean though, but it was disgusting to find hair in the bathtub and on the soap holder.
