The hotel’s bathroom is a little outdated but the room was pretty okay. I stayed on the first level in the building across from the conference center and it could be because I was on the 1st floors but it was a bit loud, I could just hear all night people and cars that were passing by.

Day 1 - TV didn't work and toilet was stopped up. Day 2 - Doors/room keys stopped working. Days 2-4 - Had to go to the front desk every time we returned from doing something as a family to request entry to our rooms. Once we submitted a request for entry, we had to sit outside our rooms for up to 45 minutes for someone to come let us in because every guest had this issue and staff could not keep up with the demand. *This resort's take on a Bloody Mary is horrible. Bloody Marys are supposed to be spicy, not sweet. Not only was it the worst Bloody Mary I've ever had, it was ridiculously expensive. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly. If the facilities matched the quality of the staff, this place would be unbeatable.

Our check-in was fabulous. Upon getting to our room we encountered some issues do to a system problem with the keycards. The next day the hotel manager made it right. Would definitely stay again.

Our lock was messed up on our door. Luckily when we were standing there with all our stuff there was a staff member a few floors up who came and let us in our room. We weren’t able to both leave without being locked out since our lock was messed up. Weird how the staff member was aware of this before we even tried to get in the room. How does the front desk not know? Tv was unplugged but took me crawling around on the ground to figure this out. While down there, there were about 20 blueberries rotting on the ground from a previous guest that were missed during cleaning. Over all underwhelmed but fine for the price. Sort of like a rundown motel they are trying to pass off as a “resort.” There is a resort fee upon arrival. Location is convenient. Parking is free.

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, I did encounter an issue with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, one of the front desk employees was unhelpful when I asked a few questions and seemed to respond with an attitude. This was disappointing, as I expected a more courteous and accommodating experience. Despite this setback, the rest of my stay was pleasant, but I hope the hotel addresses this aspect of customer service in the future.

One of my favorites
I feel this hotel is a great price and stay. The management and staff are so friendly. However, it is a gigantic hotel. There are rooms still that are old. We stayed in the tower and couldn't be happier. They will work with you if you have a old moldy room. However, they'll work with you if you aren't happy which is what matters for me. Our room was completely renovated so we had no problems. The food is great and extremely reasonable! Give them a shot.
