Great stay! The staff were superb and made us feel right at home. The aquatics manager, Brooke Padden, at the resort was fantastic and very helpful. It was quite cold when we were there, and the bars were not open, and the 2 restaurants closed early both nights we wanted to go out, so that was unfortunate. But all in all, it was a great stay.

This resort is big with lots of amenities. The rooms are ok. The AC/heather is loud sometimes, sounded like we were inside a plane for a few seconds and then it quiet down and that went on the hole night wich is was a weird thing. Overall is a very nice resort.

Comfortable stay close to Disneyland, Orlando
It was excellent. Property is maintained very well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Place has lots of activities to do (golf, pickleball, basketball, tennis, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the fireworks. I wish there were more hot tubs in each village as they were all full all of the time. Our room was average and it was very quiet where we were at. We stayed in the west village and my complaints would be that the hallway to our room was freezing cold. The room was dated and needs to be updated. There were stains all over the floor, the furniture was in need of updating as it was very worn and the tub was in need of replacing. We did not know where things were located and no communication on where to get things like play pass, tubes ect. It seemed that If you are not part of the timeshare you didn't matter. We had to ask for a map and the employee rolled her eyes. We will not stay here again.

The property was great. My husband and 3 kids stayed in the water park view. There was so much to do at the resort including restaurants and activities for the kids. We will definitely be coming back this fall.
