We stayed here while we were going to Disney world so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but the pool was super nice and the kids loved it. It’s great that breakfast is included and it was a great way to start the day.

Rory McGrath, the manager who checked us in, is very nice and accommodating. What a great way to start our stay. Did not get the name of the other staff who is very nice too. He is bald, sorry for the description but that's the only way I know to describe him. He is very nice. Cannot say the same though for the manager and staff who checked us out. So rude, they should not be working at the front desk. We needed few mins more to finish packing but they wanted to kick us out. Understand hotel is full that day but I think there is a nicer way to say things most especially if you are working at the front desk, you are the face of the hotel. Overall good stay other than horrible checkout experience.
