The room was spacious for 4 adults and a child for one night after visiting Universal. Front desk staff were wonderful both at check in and check out. The only thing I’d note is that the shuttle to and from Universal is scheduled & does not bring you back at night. If you want to stay all day into the evening, don’t plan to use the shuttle.

Staff was super helpful. I had someone charge stuff to my room. I haven’t a clue how they did that but It was like $30 that was not mine. The staff took care of it for me.

Justin at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant, he went above and beyond to assist me. The kitchen staff and housekeeping was also kind, attentive and friendly . Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay .

Very clean hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and very nice. Some areas in the parking area are dark, which I didn't like. Property is very close to the parks.
