A lot of bang for the buck. Eatery was convenient and well stocked. The pool area was large with plenty lounge chairs and umbrellas. My only complaint was the narrow hallways, foreign visitors seem to need extra elbow room while walking.

Fun for the family.
This is our third year staying at this property for HHN. We love the healthy snack options in the cafeteria. The shuttle buses run very frequently and are easy to navigate. The pool is huge and gym has a lot to offer.

The rooms were set up well for a family with a longer stay- extra shelves, an actual door between the two bedrooms, decent mini fridge. Pool was great too! Only wish they sold snacks at the poolside bar.

Lack of communication over pricing and Wi-Fi did not work or cell phones didn’t work in my room or anything else. It was too overwhelming not to be able to use the phone. Cabana Bay was much better and the food was much better.

Very nice, easy accability to the shuttle to take you to and from City Walk and the Parks. Nice food options through our the day, although they could stand to be just a bit warmer sometimes. This was a great choice for us. 20 minutes from the Airport.

We had an amazing time at this Universal Studios Resort. We took part in Halloween Horror Nights festivities and got home at 0230 in the morning and were so happy to see the resort offered late night food/ beverages to accommodate. This is a sign of great service and thoughtful anticipation of needs during the late holiday events. I can say, from very recent experience, that other your competitors resorts are not doing the same, and are lacking. So keep doing what you’re doing, your service and thoughtfulness is beginning to set yourselves apart from competition.

Affordable family resort for guests wanting to visit the Universal Studios park. No real complaints at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful at the front desk as well as gift shop. Staff at the pool were less attentive and conscious of service quality but we only spent one afternoon at the pool.
