This property was very convenient. It was located close to many restaurants and also shopping areas. Very close to both universal and volcano Bay. Located on the premises is a car rental area. There is a kiosk that you can retrieve or even purchase your park tickets. Staff was very nice and attentive.

I have stayed at this property before and I love it. Very clean and convenient. The food they serve is good. The staff is very friendly as well. Check in was very easy and so was checking out.

Like all Universal hotels, the transport to the parks and the early entry is a major bonus. Dockside was lovely. Good size rooms. Great pools. Dining options were good. The only negative was noise from neighbouring rooms. Try get a room higher up and one that does not have an adjoining door.

I’ve stayed at Dockside multiple times and always enjoy my stay. The property is clean and the pool is nice. My only complaint is how noisy the rooms can be, the rooms are cleaned, but I looked under the bed to see if we left anything and they definitely haven’t been swept in a bit. I also wish that the beds were more comfortable. But, the ease of getting to Universal and how nice the property is (as well as the price) make it worth it.

Hello, This hotel was pretty below average. They do not have any thick blankets and when we requested a quilt they said they were unable to accommodate. The toilet was broken and we would have to flush it three times for it to work and there was very limited space in the bathroom which was frustrating. The transportation to universal was great and the food services wasn’t bad either. I just wish there was a few things that were better.

Endless Summer Dockside is in a very good position for access to international drive and the dining options in the area and the free shuttle buses to universal are very frequent. The hotel it self is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating and the pool area was never very busy so there were always lots of sun beds available with parasols. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a universal Orlando resort holiday.

Torre, at the front desk, was the most accommodating for my family. She went above and beyond to help us with our room. The food was overpriced and not good. When i asked for a waffle at breakfast, they pulled a waffle that was already made that was sitting in a hotbox. Not fresh at all. I would say the food was the worst part of the hotel.
