The hotel was very convenient to airport and highway into the city. The staff were nice and friendly. Only thing is the breakfast area is in need of additional staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The food was really good! The staff were really nice, especially Hercules from the front desk! The room was clean and looked new! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff so caring. It did take a while for a shuttle to appear to pick us up and in the end we called to check, but once picked up we genuinely had no complaints at all. Thoroughly recommend. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The facilities were clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, especially for the value. Unfortunately, I had an unsettling experience with the front desk attendant, Jose which has made me reconsider my desire to return to the hotel. I would love to talk to a manager about this experience.

Very clean, great pillows!
Wow! This was our 5th final night in Florida, just a few days out from Helene and Milton’s destruction. Hotels were hard to come by and fully booked with displaced residents and those here to help. This room was the least expensive for the week, and I didn’t really have high hopes, especially after seeing the parking lot completely full of out of state power trucks. We chose it because of the low price and proximity to the airport. This room far exceeded our expectations! It was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at, the pillows were actually a good size and very comfortable, and the gentleman that checked us in with fast and efficient. I almost walked into the glass shower door because it was so clean! The room floor plan was efficient and the finishes modern and tastefully done. Great job!

The bar & food service was wonderful. Breakfast & the chicken wings were great! The front desk staff was nice. The shuttle drivers were nice. The room was nice, but not very clean. The sheets were stained. The freezer had a block of ice on the back wall.
