Never do busines with this property. All they care about is stealing your money. I was not able to keep my reservation and called to cancel. They refused to give me a refund. As far as I am concerned, they don't exist.

Lady at front desk upon arrival was not the nicest. I had to ask someone from the cleaning crew for some cleaning products because the toilet seat was dirty. She nicely said she would do it and did it. Other than that the room was fairly clean. There is no room service, so don’t expect to come back to a made bed after a long day at the park. Location is decent, not the closest to the parks but we seemed to be going against traffic every time. I usually stay at Wyndham Universal and my experience is always fantastic so I guess I had some expectations. Overall, it was good for the price being. Probably won’t be back though

Arrived after a long travel day. Checking in was easy and staff on were very friendly. Coffee available in lobby area. Breakfast is $10 plus tip for an omelette, something like a pancake, choice of meat, juice etc. Parking overnight was $3 and you get given a permit for the dash.

Good, clean property with a friendly staff. There is a bar in the atrium that’s open until 9:00 or 10:00 PM, and although they don’t do room service, you can order food at the bar and bring it to your room. My biggest draw to this hotel is that the airport shuttle began runs at 3:30 AM. Great for my early morning flight.

The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The grounds are nice and stocked with food. The rooms were clean overall. However, if you pay attention to details you will see some wear and tear. I had to change rooms because it looked like housekeeping either doesn’t look at the ceiling or saw it and chose not to clean it. But there were a few friends gathered in the corner. Other than that, it is a nice pit stop on your way to the airport. I would recommend.
