What i didn't like: our "shuttle" went past my mom & I 3x's. I was constantly asking were they going to the Ramada. After persistent calls the shuttle comes ,the one that past us 3×s it said vet on the side, then he expected a tip. Out of 3 elevators 2 were broke, walls were thin i could hear everything,space under the door. I was thinking enough for something to crawl in. The buffet was full of carbs no meat, no eggs worse ever.people were making a mess. Someone should've been serving.and just think, this was a 1 night stay. The good : was the gas station w/in walking distance that had a subway

First time not having housekeeping
* I hope Wyndham inspectors check and visit this hotel.* Among all the Wyndham hotels where my wife and I have stayed, the service has always been excellent—from the front desk, housekeeping, and various hotel staff. Typically, one should expect warm greetings as part of good customer service. They should ensure that you feel okay and happy with their service, including mentioning the amenities and what to expect in the hotel. If there are any out-of-order items, they should inform guests and provide knowledge about the hotel and its policies. Our room was dirty, and we requested cleaning four times. They kept saying someone would come to clean, and we waited all day from morning until the housekeeping hours ended, but no one showed up. It would have been better if they had been honest about not being able to meet our request. Overall, from check-in to check-out, there was no satisfaction. It's disappointing because Wyndham is well known for its standards, especially for Wyndham Rewards members like my wife. Despite the many Wyndham hotels we've stayed at being great, this one showed a lack of care for guests, focusing only on check-in and check-out. The staff were not cheerful, and if they lack passion for hospitality, they shouldn't be working in a hotel because the staff can ruin the wyndham standards . I hope Wyndham inspectors check and visit this hotel.

The hotel rooms were terrible. The beds made noise, were very uncomfortable, and small. The ambiance was poor as well. The breakfast options were very limited. It was not a good experience at all.
