"Wunderbares 5* Hotel, absoluter Luxus. Super Poolanlage (bis 21h offen), Fitness 24Std und absolut leckeres Frühstück, was überhaupt keine Wünsche offen lässt. Haben es sehr genossen, nach den aufragenden Sigtseeing-Tagen in Bangkok abends am Pool zu entspannen und noch mal durchzuatmen. Personal ist total zuvorkommend und nett, jeder Wunsch wurde von den Augen abgelesen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung - wir hatten somit 4 spannende Tage in Bangkok und konnten im Hotel sehr gut entspannen."

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit großen deluxe Zimmern incl. Frühstück. Das Buffet ist durchschnittlich mit einer Ausnahme, es gibt frisch zubereitetes leckeres Sushi. Zimmer bietet AC,safe,hot shower,ThaiTV ,kleinen Schreibtisch und ein großes bequemes kingsizebett. Die AC lässt sich gut regulieren und bläst nicht direkt auf das Bett. Der einzige kleine Haken ist, das man keinen pick up erhält sondern "nur" noch einen drop off transfer zum Durchgang vom alten Bahnhof zum Flughafen erhält, und diesen auch nur bis spätestens 12:00 mittags stündlich. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber das sollte man wissen. Der Taxifahrer hat uns nicht zum Hotel gebracht vom neuen Hauptbahnhof, Krung Thep Aphiwat, sondern auch da am Durchgang ausgesetzt, zu Fuß zum Hotel isz es aber zu weit mit Gepäck."

"Overall Wonderful Experience at Lebua Hotel We had a truly great stay at the Lebua Hotel, and what stood out most was the exceptional service throughout. The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset, particularly in the dining areas and bars. Special thanks to Anne and the team at Bar No.3 for their warm, attentive service—it made our evenings memorable. Housekeeping was also consistently excellent. Our suite (5115) was incredibly spacious, which we really appreciated. The suite included thoughtful amenities such as a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks, and a luxurious bathroom stocked with Balmain toiletries. Even the small details like a hairdryer, iron, shoe mitts, etc., were all provided—everything was there, and everything worked as it should. That said, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the suite: • Cracked tiles in the bathroom • Stains on the carpet • The overall design felt a little dated, especially considering the rising competition in the luxury market. While the public areas are in better shape, some of the carpeted zones throughout the property do show wear and could benefit from light refurbishment. Room service was prompt and delicious—we felt well taken care of throughout. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily return, especially for the service and spacious accommodations. With a few updates, the Lebua could be #1 in Bangkok"
