"Modernes In-Hotel direkt am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Personal absolut uninteressiert und zwar auf allen Ebenen. Am ersten Tag wurden weder Bad noch Zimmer gemacht, weil angeblich persönliche Gegenstände auf dem Bett lagen, was überhaupt nicht der Fall war. Das Personal war einfach zu faul und spielte lieber auf dem Handy rum, während wir morgens das Hotel verliessen. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz und man muss die Parkgebühren für den angrenzenden städtischen Parkplatz mittels einer Handy-App bezahlen. Das kann man für den gesamten Aufenthalt tun und es gibt eine Ermässigung für Hotelkunden wenn man den den an der Rezeption angezeigten Code eingibt. Das Personal in der Rezeption war dabei nicht hilfreich. Problem ist, wenn man fürs Abendessen rausfährt, bei der Rückkehr vorkommen kann, dass alle Plätze belegt sind, obwohl man bereits bezahlt hat. Dann muss man sich halt eine andere Parkmöglichkeit suchen und nochmals löhnen. Da überall Parkwächter rumlaufen und Kameras filmen, würde ich davon abraten, sich die Parkgebüren sparen zu wollen..."
