Dear S.Patel, Thank you for sharing your comments on here. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with there being no baby cot or high chair available during your stay. Your feedback is important to us and has enabled us to understand that we should be more prepared to cater for all our guests. We have purchased more baby cots and high chairs as a result to ensure this does not happen again. We do hope to welcome you back again soon for a much more pleasant experience.
