The property is definitely older by appearance and up keep. The toilet in our room didn't flush properly. The elevators had long wait times and only 2 of 3 worked. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the property is very nice and safe. You're right across from the Bayside Market Place, so there's plenty to see and do within walking distance.

The hotel is full of Mold, and they actually are placing people on the floor that you can Clearly see and smell the mold. In your rooms and in the hallways. And management is aware of it. Very unacceptable. Major health hazard...

Was there the weekend before and the weekend after my cruise. Both weekends I had to change rooms because of major problems with plumbing, etc. issues with elevators room keys I like to put positivity into this world, but I paid so much money for this hotel and we had an incredibly unnecessarily disappointing experience. I hope they improve because the location is great but at this point, I would not trust going back there

This hotels sucks
The hotel was dirty, we had a fowl Oder outside of our room, the provided shampoo and soap were travel size not what Holiday Inn Express normally uses. The handle in the shower was broken and then fell off during our stay. There was hair that was not ours in our bathroom as well as on the open grabber size bar of soap as well s mold.

Hallways dark. Carpets dirty. Room smelled like chemicals. Bed went down several inches when I sat on it. Bed creaked VERY loadly every time you moved on it. Had to ask for another room. It was better but still smelled awful

The property seems a bit outdated. There is overall smell to the property that I couldn’t quite make out, not super offensive just off putting. These items just made it feel lass than par. The location pre-cruise was great for getting to the cruise as well as partaking in pre cruise activities at Bayside! Front desk staff, the few times visiting was always on his cell phone which made one feel like they were interrupting. Sleep sofa was very tilted in use making for a terrible nights sleep. Transportation to the cruise was offered to be arranged, overpriced I would suggest an Uber instead.
