"Das Hotel bietet kein eigenes Parkhaus an, stattdessen wird sehr überteuert ein nahegelgenes Parkhaus angeboten, welches jedoch keine Sicherheitsschranken hat. Wer direkt vor Ort zahlt, anstatt über das Hotel, zahlt weniger als die Hälfte. Schockierend für uns: das Parkhaus muss am Abreisetag bis 11 Uhr verlassen werden, um keinen Strafzettel zu erhalten - diese Information gibt es übrigens nur auf Nachfrage; eine Verlängerung bis 13 Uhr wurde äußerst unfreundlich abgelehnt. Klare Empfehlung, selbst eines der nahegelegenen Parkhäuser auswählen, so spart man deutlich an Geld und erspart sich die unfreundliche Diskussion mit dem Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption.
Obwohl wir ein höherwertiges Zimmer gebucht haben, sind die Zimmer recht klein. Es hat nach Abwasser gerochen. Leider wurde kein neues Zimmer angeboten (obwohl das Hotel wenig gebucht war), stattdessen versucht man es mit Chlor und Abwarten.
Aktuell (April 2025) gibt es direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle an der bis Mitternacht gearbeitet wurde. Wer früher schlafen will hat Pech.
Kleiner Lichtblick: Das Frühstücks-Buffett ist sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis in diesem Hotel und keine Empfehlung. Es gibt im gleichen Preissegment und ähnlicher Lage deutlich bessere Optionen in Auckland."
