"Check in was at 4:00 and our room was not available until 5:30 Jermeil did everything he could do accommodate us and make it right. He went above and beyond to make things right we really appreciated him."

"Nice resort but aged. Restaurant staff were quick, absolutely zero eco-friendlisness. No recycling, no options to use sheets twice, restaurant gives drinks with plastic straws deposit continuously giving them back and gives pop and water out in plastic cups with plastic lid and straw."
