This is a great hotel and one of the best in Tulum. The staff is super friendly and the beach is incredible. The hotel atmosphere is mystical and serene. Whatever issues we had, the hotel made sure they were addressed appropriately. I’d definitely visit again.

Check in was not very smooth, I had to wait 20 minutes until someone could take care of my check in. Once I checked in, the bellboy guided me to my room, he was very nice, once in the room there was no indication about what number to call for the front desk, wifi info, room number (it wasn't visible at night when I arrived). The food at macondo is good and I like the vibes, but it is overpriced. Staff in general is either super nice or completely ignore you. The bathroom floor (outside) has very rough pebbles. The room and aesthetic is very cool though! The beach is absolutely beautiful. Its a good stay but could for sure be better.

Best Hotel in Tulum!
Nômade is my favorite hotel in tulum, the staff are absolutely amazing, Armando, Jorge and Javi went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The food is incredible, a bit expensive but worth it, the staff at all restaurants are super friendly and polite, yoga classes and healing sessions are also fantastic. A lot of activities for kids!
