"Staff were very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. Food selection and entertainment were very good. Our butler Henry was very helpful with booking excursions and dinner reservations. He checked on us constantly and made sure we had everything to make our stay enjoyable."

"Overall nice stay. The floors were dirty. I told the hotel staff and they still didn’t have anyone come and mop. There was rice in the sink upon arrival. The baseboard areas were stained. I have stayed here many times and it’s disappointing to see that that the cleaning is no longer great."
