New renovated resort. Everything was clean and beautiful. The rooms are clean and really nice. Staff were so kind and welcoming. The beach is beautiful stunning. The only thing is if you’re going only as a couple you won’t have much to do there might get bored. Food was great. Loved the steakhouse and Italian restaurant the most.

The hotel was very clean and service was great. Although, seems we got the Expedia treatment because they put us in a room directly over the night club and across from the two busy restaurants on the same floor. Our view consisted of a wall and partial pool. If I ever book on Expedia again, I will definitely select one of the upgrade options. The food was very disappointing. They try very hard but the quality just isn't there or up to US Hilton standards. Overall, the stay was nice but I'll probably choose a different place to stay the next time we visit Cancun.

Property is in great location, near all attractions and shops. The beach was super clean, had the great turquoise color and even a bartender. The staff si super friendly and courteous, always happy to assist you. The pool is the best, there is even a section for the kids, it is clean and lots of chairs. The restaurants were awesome, Italian, Japanese, steak house and Mexican. Sorry to say the Mexican restaurant was the only place we did not feel welcome but because our waiter, other than that, every thing else was excellent. There were a few staff members that went above and beyond our expectations like Rizo from Vela, Jashel of the front desk, Santos from entertainment, Diego from Lobby bar, Pedro from the pool bar and Elena the housekeeper. Overall this is a great property, definitely would recommend and can’t wait to come back next year.
