Pools were fun! Food not that great only breakfast was ok. We mainly ate out since it was only the buffet available. It’s very hard to get in to the a la carte restaurants. Even though tables were all empty looks like they only take about few people per half hour. Beach was beautiful but rough.

First impression the hotel is decent. It has a lot of potential but there's definitely ways it could be run more efficiently. Entertainment was great. They are very involved and always have something going on. The kids paradise was fun and great for kids. Jesus, who helps with your bags when you arrive and leave is amazing. He is always willing to help. Geronimo and Nieves at the buffet are also amazing. They were always so friendly and kind and always came immediately to get the drinks you wanted. Veronica and Jony by the pool were also amazing. They came constantly to ask if we wanted drinks. If you tip, they will constantly come back to you. It's very hard to get into los gallos there's always a long wait. There's usually a line for the buffet for breakfast starting at 830 since it's the only breakfast spot open. Los Gallos and fisherman's had the best food in my opinion. But honestly none of the food was bad. If you don't get up early and save a chair by the pool you likely won't get a spot. I saved my spot one day and some guy came and stole two of my towels. The reception desk told me too bad you can't leave your towels now you have to pay for them. But literally everyone leaves their towels. Some workers were not friendly and not helpful especially the ones working the front desk. They are very strict on the 3PM check in rule. The key to the room deactivated at least 4 times. Make sure you bring small bills it's hard to break anything bigger than a 20$ USD.

Property is a little run down, smells old as well. Found a couple cockroaches in our room that we had kill. Ants in the bathroom as well. Floors all around the hotel and rooms were extremely slippery. Every day I saw 10-15 people slip and fall… kids and adults. Very dangerous specially with the grounds being wet from rain. Staff were friendly however, they do go above and beyond to help and accommodate you in any way possible. I was very happy with the staff.

This is our 5th visit. Disappointed! The quality of food, amenities, service are lower than ever. Looks like the issue is not with staff as they try their best. The resort is taking advantage of the recent pandemic and provide less but charging more. Not sure I’ll be back

Fabulous staff. Excellent range of food options (except for the period after lunch and before dinner). Nice on-site shop for souvenirs and clothing. The rooms were tired and needed updating but wete appropriate for 3 star accomodation. They were vlesn too.
