Out of beach towels daily, couldn’t make reservations for restaurants so had to stand in line at 2:00 pm to try to make one, only 2 towels left in bathroom, no wash cloths or hand towels, burgers and hot dogs every single day served by the pool, nothing else, food was not great and drinks were horrible.

Place was fun for the kids overall. The pools were all COLD. It would make it better if they were temperare controlled waters. We went in January whens its breezy. Great shows at night. Fun.

The ocean / sea front was absolutely amazing. I stayed in the ocean most of the time. The water slides were nice, and we played mini golf which was fun. The hotel is aging though. This is a fairly big property, and lots of people. The food was pretty boring and bland. The waitstaff seemed to be very overworked and busy. The rooms were average, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was an average stay. Good views and good weather made the trip.

Average all inclusive resort. Game area is always full but the employee had great organization skills, the cinema smells kind of weird but my kid watched 2 movies in a row. The beach is beautiful, drinks are good, food is between average and ok. Room were comfortable but I wish they had a warmer comforter. Whatever you buy inside is suuuupee expensive, great plus, there is a mini market 6 min walking distance. Overall, my kids enjoyed it.

The staff was very nice to us during our stay! We had a few waiters that took a liking to us and looked for us at restaurants and the pools. The food was very good. The kids even enjoyed their own little drink menu to order from!

I would give this place a zero if I had to. It was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. This place needs a complete renovation. It looks nothing like the pictures shown. There’s bed bugs, rooms and facilities are extremely outdated, poor food choices, same food everyday. Save your money go somewhere else.

This is our first time staying at this property when in Cancun. I was surprised to see alot of the staff don't know much of the property's information. We checked in and receptionist just mentioned we had VIP access to a club lounge and adult pool. No map, no direction on where on the property these places where. She did mention we needed to be up and ready by 8am everyday to schedule reservations for dinner everyday. Which was shocking to me, I woked up every day and was on app by 7:50am and was never avle to get a reservation. It was so bad that we out in down.for dinners everynight expect for NYE, which they made us buy a wine bottle to secure a reservation. No drink service at any of the pools or beach. You have to line up at the only bar and wait in a long line to grab a drink. The staff isnt very friendly and looked super annoyed by the amount of Guests asking questions. The bellhops are the most friendly, super informative. It took us 2 days to find out that the adult pool was on the 1st floor. And the first floor to them is the 2nd floor. The 1st to them is ground level. I spoke to our room neighbors theywere there for almost a week and they said we walked the property and no adult/ swim up bar pool. We asked and the staff doesn't know. Its crazy. I asked. A bell shop and he told me, yes take this elevator go to 1st floor and its to the right. Customer service isnt their priority. This is a family all inclusive resort with limited access. Alots of kids! Super overpri

El hotel está bien para pasarlo en familia , la comida no es mala, quizás por la época que fuimos pero no estaban abiertos todos los restaurante de la carta , el de marisco muy bueno,, las atenciones del persona pésima , sientes como si les estuviese pidiendo algo,.
