Where do you being with this place the views are the only thing that is amazing. The hotel sucks and don’t get me started with the staff they are the most rudest people ever. The food suck if you want good food you have to pay an extra charge for everything I would never go back there

A few cleanliness things would have made this property a lot better. Did not like the "push" for the Oasis membership. Felt quite deceived - was told it was a tour and free breakfast / massage only to then spend half a day (in our 4 day trip) in a presentation. Gustavo however was incredible - very friendly server who made us feel special.

I recently stayed at the Gran Oasis Cancún, and it was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. **1. Food:** The food quality was incredibly poor. The meals were bland, lacked variety, and often seemed stale or overcooked. This is unacceptable, especially at a resort that markets itself as an all-inclusive. **2. Customer Service:** The customer service was shockingly bad. Staff were often rude, unhelpful, and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Any attempts to address concerns were met with dismissiveness or complete inaction. **3. Cleanliness:** The resort is in desperate need of cleaning and renovation. My room was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were **roaches in the shower** and **mold everywhere**, making the space feel unsafe and unhealthy. **4. General Condition of the Hotel:** The entire hotel feels run-down and neglected. Common areas were not properly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was far from the relaxing, clean environment you’d expect from a resort in Cancún. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price paid, you expect a decent level of service and quality. Sadly, the Gran Oasis Cancún failed miserably in both. Save your money and go somewhere else!

DO NOT BOOK HERE- what a joke for all inclusive - they had ONE bar open waited in line behind 20 people finally to get drinks which tasted bad , they had us wait 45 minutes in line for breakfast buffet that had NO FOOD and many of the restaurants were closed . All in all you’re way better off spending a little more money staying somewhere else & the beach had a lot of rocks

The hotel was nothing as we expected. We received such a poor treatment from the very first moment we stepped in their facilities. They do not let Uber or any taxi go further security to pick you up, you have to walk to the avenue (which is a long distance and its not safe at night) I complained through Expedia and they tried to emend the horrible customer experience that we went through. But nothing was worth this horrible experience. I definitely do not recommend. We Went for a bachelorette party and we left with the premise that we will never come back to this place.
