"Wir waren in den sog. Gardensuites untergebracht. Offenbar kann man da auch als Gast mit Hund unterkommen, was aber nicht kommuniziert wird. Die Einrichtung war unpraktisch. Da wir zum Frühstücksraum im Haupthaus etc. durch den Regen gehen mussten, vermissten wir eine Garderobe für die nassen Jacken. Das Bad ist riesig, aber keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Nur eine Regendusche. Zahlreiches Personal, aber unpersönlich, z. B. keine Hilfestellung beim Schleppen des Gepäcks, trotz unserer Nachfrage und einer offensichtlichen körperlichen Einschränkung meinerseits."

"Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Inverness/mitten in der Stadt, am River Ness. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. 😊 Gratis Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, wir hatten immer einen freien Platz.
Sehr nettes Personal! 👍"
