Property was nice, our concierge was very accommodating. Some of the other staff less so. Seemed like we were bothering some of the bar maids and waitresses. Kind off seemed like it was only targeted at the brown colored customers which was off putting.

Service and staff was exceptional. What I expected from Dream’s resorts. Room cleanliness especially bathrooms not as great as after Covid. You don’t get the clean smell anymore. I don’t think they care as much. Food was good, but we did get sick from something we ate our last night, which made the trip home very inconvenient. Beach was very nice and clean, lots of security personnel, it felt very safe. Staff does an amazing job acknowledging and talking to children. I’ve never experienced this before at any resort. We were pleasantly surprised! Overall, very friendly environment, common areas, restaurants, play grounds, beach well up-kept and clean, bar service quick and well staffed.

Customer service was amazing. Staff was amazing, However, the food was awful. I was hungry the entire trip. From appx 10am- 6pm there was minimal to eat. Then from 9pm to 7am minimal to eat. Tons of alcohol, minimal food and the food available was poor quality, The beach have sandflies or sand fleas. I was severely bitten and required medical treatment once I got back home. I was ill visit DR again but, I’ll pass on this hotel next time.

The property is clean, however the drainer or cantarilla smells bad. Also the elevator on builting 2 leaks water when rain; water was coming from light bolts sockets. Again this review is not for critics, i hope is only use for improvements!!!

First let me say that the property is super clean and the staff is impeccable when it comes to queen and standards. Every single staff member you see greet you always ask how is everything or do you need anything? The boss staff is also wonderful Even if you were sitting away from the bar they ask if you need anything. We booked the swim out that came with exclusive privileges, which is good and also a little bit overwhelming what I mean by that is you get a lot of attention even though you came to relax, Process was to me a little bit long because you go from your taxi to The lobby, where you wait to be taken, which you think is your room but they take you to a premium suite there you have somebody try to sell you other vacation packages when you just got there and didn’t even start your vacation yet so that was a bit of a downfall for me 25 minutes talking you to try to set up something for the next day on your vacation. I think that was the only downfall besides going to the beach where they are locals who are very pushy and try to scam you out of your money.

This resort is wonderful!! I definitely recommend. They have tons of activities for kids, teenagers and adults. There are several pools and bars all over the resort so everything is convenient and accessible. They have water slides and parks for kids and adults. Several dining options and the food was amazing! I recommend the Habachi experience food was excellent. The world cafe was good as well and el patio! Also I would love to recognize coco cafe which is open 24 hours and traveling with a 2 year old that made my stay easy.the beach is clean and beautiful as well. There are lots of excursions that you can do and transportation is provided which makes leaving the resort a breeze. My Room was very clean and spacious and my view from my balcony was amazing! Housekeeping comes by everyday restocking your fridge and toiletries. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you go you must meet Tairi and victor love you guys !!! from the entertainment department they are so vibrant and their energy is electrifying. Talking to them was very enjoyable made me feel like I was at home.I enjoyed playing activities with them they always kept me up to date on what events were happening each day at the resort! I also enjoyed watching the nightly shows that they had like Latin night ! silent disco, karaoke. I spent my birthday there and they made me feel so special decorating my door sending me champagne and getting me a cake. They sang me happy birthday on stage I felt so special.
