Elevator works sometimes, wife has a new knee and had to spend the day in bed after walking up 5 floors to our room. Food was terrible and the same every day. One restaurant open for dinner for the entire hotel. Never go back and sorry I went in the first place. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life

I’ve been at Golden Parnassus a few times, and I always go back, the place itself it’s a little outdated… but here asee the ✅ - Beds are really comfortable - Food is always good quality - People working there are super friendly - Martin and his games at the pool are freaking fabulous - Patricia, the cleaning girl was very kind and honest. My son forgot his 2,000 gold chain and left it in the shower, when we came back from an excursion, the chain was at the night stand… Thank you Paty we truly appreciate your honesty. The staff firbthe most part were very good. Upon arrival we were shown to our room , first thing i noticed is that it was not the room we had booked . The room had a very mildewey and mold smell to it . The sheets and pillows were very dirty and smelled very bad . I went to the front desk to discuss these issues with the clerk. I was told that thats the room i booked . I expressed my concerns about the smell and dirtiness of the room ,at which point i was told it would cost me another $500 to upgrade to a nicer room. Not to happy about that. We decided to have new sheets and pillows instead. Throughout our 10 day stay . We noticed thatbthe entire building was in dire need of repairs. Only one elevator worked ,lots of peeling paint everywhere . The food was ...ok .... The staff worked very hard and were very polite . All in all ,we will not return to this resort .
