What an incredible experience! First time to stay at an adults only all-inclusive. We did the preferred upgrade. I felt it was so well worth it. So many activities to do everyday. So many different food and drinks to try. The only places we didn’t get to eat was the Asian and Italian place. Only because we didn’t have enough time. We stayed 3nights 4days. I will definitely be coming back soon. The staff was over the top exceptional. Here is the list of the staff that stood out most to us. Jesus - Bellman Julio- Preferred beach club Eder - Preferred beach club Felipe -Preferred beach club Ana- Preferred beach club Hector- Preferred beach club Entertainment staff : Hector Andre Omar Mariana Juiletea Our concierge Emmanuel made sure we were completely relaxed. He even surprised us and decorated the room for my brother’s birthday. Our Housekeeping staff turned over our beds every night. They were so amazing. Spa staff was so warming. Got my hair braided in the salon and with our package we got hyrdomassages everyday. 5 star service Martin with room service was so kind especially late night. My favorite dishes include the octopus tostada from the preferred beach club. The mussels at the French restaurant. The desserts at the 24hr coffee shop. All the cocktails were delicious, especially when they had the fresh fruit margs poolside. Overall 10-10 experience.

Can’t wait to return. The service is out of this world. The French restaurant was our favorite. Sebastian was a great waiter.. Food options poolside were also superb. The weather was rainy but we made the most of it and the staff helped keep everyone’s spirits up. The grounds are immaculate and beach by the resort pristine. Can’t wait to return. A special shoutout to Javier and Juan for the awesome bike ride and keeping us smiling through the raindrops. Be sure to checkout the excellent entertainment as well.

We had an amazing stay at Secrets Maroma! The place is beautiful and very inviting! Always something going on entertainment wise! The food was excellent and wait staff top notch! Outside of being a little small with not a lot of shopping nearby, the place is A1! Highly Recommend!

We stayed at Secrets Maroma for 7 nights and to say we had a great time is an understatement! We did stay in the Perferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View, building 16, and the view of resort and ocean was great! From the moment we arrived and until we departed, the service is outstanding throughout the resort-from the wait staff, bar tenders, front desk, and especially our conceirge-Emmanuel! Emmanuel was excellent- and took care of all our needs when needed! The food at all restaurants was great! I really liked El Patio as I love mexican food, and, Bordeuax- French was really good as well! The 24/7 coffee and snack bar was solid too! I will say while at pool, the swim-up bar drinks are defintely a notch down from the Perferred Bar- could be the difference in the type of alcohol served there or could just be the bar tenders. The entire resport was very clean, food was great, staff was amazing! The nightly shows in the lobby were fun! Every day and night there are always activities and events going on, always something to do! The beach is cleaned everyday and the water is amazing. To the left of the resort is another resort and to the right is a long stretch of beach which is great for a good stroll along the beach. The wait staff on the beach are efficient as well! Let's say, your drink may never go empty! We did NOT want to Leave!! Highly recommended! Thank you Secrets and Emmanuel for making our stay excellent! Hoping to be soon!!
